Please read these terms carefully before using Review Pulse 360. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms: 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Review Pulse 360 ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. 2. Description of Service Review Pulse 360 is a reputation management platform designed for marketing agencies, multi-location businesses, and other organizations. The Service includes review aggregation, review generation campaigns, AI-powered response tools, embeddable widgets, reporting, and related features. The Service may collect, store, and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. 3. Account Registration To use the Service, you must: - Be at least 18 years old - Provide accurate, complete registration information - Maintain the security of your account credentials - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use - Accept responsibility for all activities under your account 4. Branding and Usage For customers using branding features: You may rebrand and operate the Service under your own brand. You are responsible for your own terms of service and privacy policy with your end clients. You may not represent that you developed the underlying technology. 7. Intellectual Property The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Review Pulse 360 and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to provide the Service. 8. Third-Party Integrations The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to those platforms' terms. We are not responsible for changes to or availability of third-party services. 9. Data and Privacy Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process any data you input into the Service. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where data subjects are located in the EU, and CCPA for California residents where applicable. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Review Pulse 360 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. 13. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. 14. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting to the Service or emailing you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, where applicable, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and we agree to arbitrate most disputes, and to the extent permitted by law, a court of competent jurisdiction shall determine injunctive relief where necessary.
